What Information Do We Gather? |

Information Gathered Electronically
This is information is information that is not personally identifiable, such as browser type and IP address. We gather this information from anyone that browses to our site.

Public information is gathered so that users of our site can find Entertainmates, people like themselves with whom they can share their interests. Public information cannot be used to identify a specific user.
Private information is gathered so that we can send our registered users any requested information, such as newsletters, as well as to inform our user base of special offers or
changes to our site. All other private information submitted by the user is confidential and will not be disclosed except as required by law or to protect members of
Entertainmates.com. All private information can be updated or deleted by the user at any time.
Information gathered during Surveys will be used to improve our site.
Information collected during contests will be used to notify contest winners and award prizes.

We use information gathered electronically for the general administration of our site.

What are Cookies, and How Do We Use Them?
A cookie is a small piece of information that is saved to the site user's hard drive. No personally identifyable information is gathered while at our site. Once the browser is closed, the cookie is canceled.
