Horseback Riding |
|
I was 13 years old the first time I ever swung my leg over the back of a horse, and I have to say I was both thrilled and terrified.
Unlike a bike or a car, a horse is a living, breathing creature with a mind, and foibles, of its own. I learned that lesson when my horse chased after a little boy
with a ice cream cone who wandered too close to the bridle path. But I enjoyed the ride none-the-less, and now, some years later, I'm hooked on horseback riding.
